At NODRIV (www.nodriv.in), we ensure seamless shipping and delivery of our fingerprint-based USB pen drives across India and internationally. This policy clearly defines procedures for B2B (business clients) and B2C (retail customers), with distinct terms for domestic (India) and international shipments.

  1. General Terms
  • B2B Orders: Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), pricing, and shipping terms are finalized via email (contact@nodriv.in) or phone (+91-6205745923 / +91-651-451215) before order confirmation.
  • B2C Orders: Processed directly through our website. Support: support@nodriv.in.
  • Import Note: All products are imported from certified manufacturers in China.
  1. Domestic Shipping (India)

B2B Customers

  • Shipping Partners: FedEx, Delhivery, or India Post.
  • Delivery Time: 5–7 business days after order confirmation.
  • Cost: Free shipping for orders above ₹50,000. Below MOQ, charges apply (quoted pre-order).
  • Tracking: Tracking ID shared within 24 hours of shipment.

B2C Customers

  • Shipping Partners: India Post, Ecom Express, or Delhivery.
  • Delivery Time: 7–10 business days (excluding Sundays/holidays).
  • Cost:
    • Free shipping for orders above ₹2,000.
    • Flat ₹100 for orders below ₹2,000.
  • Tracking: SMS/email with tracking link upon dispatch.
  1. International Shipping

B2B Customers

  • Shipping Partners: DHL, FedEx, or Aramex.
  • Delivery Time: 10–20 business days (varies by destination).
  • Cost: Calculated based on weight, destination, and MOQ. Quoted pre-invoice.
  • Customs/Import Duty: Borne by the buyer.

B2C Customers

  • Shipping Partners: DHL or FedEx.
  • Delivery Time: 15–25 business days (subject to customs clearance).
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout (weight + destination).
  • Customs/Import Duty: Buyer’s responsibility.
  1. Processing Time
  • B2B: 2–4 business days (after MOQ/payment confirmation).
  • B2C: 1–2 business days (excluding pre-orders).
  1. Delivery Failure & Issues
  • Address Errors: Reshipping costs borne by the customer.
  • Damaged Products:
    • B2B: Notify via contact@nodriv.in within 24 hours with photo proof. Replacement shipped free of charge.
    • B2C: Email support@nodriv.in within 48 hours. Return/replacement initiated.
  • Lost in Transit: Claims filed with courier partners; replacement provided upon confirmation.
  1. Undeliverable Orders
  • Refusal/Unclaimed: 100% restocking fee + return shipping charges.
  • Incorrect Address: Re-shipping cost charged to the customer.
  1. Important Notes
  • B2B: MOQ, payment terms (e.g., 50% advance), and shipping modalities must be agreed upon via email/phone.
  • International Orders: Delays may occur due to customs. Buyers must provide accurate tax IDs/import licenses.
  • Remote Areas: Additional 3–5 days for delivery; extra charges may apply (notified pre-shipment).
